How to Fill Out the Annual Tax Return for 2024

The annual tax settlement for 2024 allows employees who only had income from dependent activities to settle their tax obligations through their employer, thus avoiding filing a tax return. To do this, it is necessary to submit a request for an annual tax advance settlement.

How to Fill Out the Application:

  1. Identification data: Enter the year for which you are requesting a settlement, i.e. 2024. Fill in your name, surname, personal identification number and permanent address.
  2. Employer information: Enter the name and registered office of the employer, tax ID number and VAT number.
  3. Declaration: Confirm that you had income only from employment in 2024. If you had multiple employers, list them and attach certificates of taxable income from each of them.
  4. Non-taxable parts and tax bonuses: If you are claiming a non-taxable part of the tax base per taxpayer or a tax bonus per child, complete the relevant parts of the application and attach the necessary documents (e.g. children's birth certificates).
  5. Remittance of a portion of your tax paid: If you want to remit 2% or 3% of your tax to a selected organization, complete the appropriate section of the application and attach a declaration.
  6. Signature: Sign the application and indicate the date of completion.

Attachments to the Application:

  • Taxable income certificates from all employers for 2024.
  • Documents proving entitlement to tax-free portions and tax bonuses (e.g. children's birth certificates).
  • Declaration of remittance of the share of tax paid, if requested.

Dates:

  • Submit the application and attachments to your employer no later than February 17, 2025 .
